We wanted to celebrate this by sharing some of our favourite memories from EUSC and we want you to do the same!
Happiness comes from sharing experiences with others, particularly the simple things we often take for granted. While we can reflect upon our sailing memories take some time today to appreciate a little thing; reading a book, sharing some new music with a friend, create something, or rekindle a hobby.
Just because we may be confined within our physical parameters does not mean we’re confined in our actions and minds. Be sure to check in on those you hear from regularly and those you haven’t heard from in a while, let’s ensure physical isolation doesn’t turn into psychological isolation.
