Storm Ciara made sailing very challenging this weekend. Sunday was written off before all the events started so it all came down to the racing on the Saturday.

Exeter Black were the stand out team this weekend winning all of their races against 24 other teams who were very competitive. This means they walked away as champions of Nottingham Snakebite.

Exeter Blue also did well this weekend, coming in 3rd at Oxford Top Gun. Despite adverse weather conditions, both teams performed exceptionally well when the pressure was on with just one day to prove themselves against the other teams.

Thank you very much to @exe_sails for all the support you continually give us to make these kind of results possible.

Finally, the Club has been running a Day Skipper course this weekend. They faced the most challenging of conditions out in the Solent. This will prepare them well when they take the helm in less stormy Corfu.
